These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website romeroautomation.com and any services provided by Romero Automation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Romero Automation provides the following services to local service businesses:

• SEO Gap Analysis — We research your market and keywords to identify where your business is invisible on Google and where opportunities exist.
• SEO Landing Pages — Custom-built, search-optimized pages designed to rank for specific service and location keywords.
• Full Website Development — Complete website design and development for local service businesses, built for speed and search performance.
• Website Hosting & Maintenance — Managed hosting, uptime monitoring, security updates, and ongoing content support.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Romero Automation at the phone number you provided. The following terms apply:

• Types of messages: SEO gap analysis reports, demo website links, marketing updates, appointment reminders, and service-related notifications.
• Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services and is not fixed.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to SMS messaging in order to purchase any of our services.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

• Compatible carriers: All major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.
• We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Pricing

Our current pricing is as follows. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice:

• SEO Landing Pages: $297 per page, or 3 pages for $697.
• Full Websites: $997 – $2,997 depending on scope and complexity.
• Monthly Hosting & Maintenance: $49 – $149/month depending on the plan and level of support.

Specific pricing for your project will be provided in a written proposal or quote before any work begins. Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements.

Intellectual Property

• Demo websites and other work products created by Romero Automation remain our intellectual property until purchased by the client.
• Upon full payment for a website or web page, ownership of the deliverable transfers to the client, including all associated design files, code, and content created specifically for the project.
• The Romero Automation brand, logo, and proprietary tools and processes remain our property at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Romero Automation and its owner, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
